Best buddies Isla and Winnie loooove chocolate chip cookies. When their mom makes an entire jar full, they can’t wait to eat them. Only mom says they need to wait until after dinner! Determined to get their hands on the cookies well before then, the pair hatch a series of schemes that don’t exactly go according to plan.

David Purse is a writer, producer, and full-time dreamer. As the founder and CEO of the story studio Inked Entertainment, David spends his days creating IP for all ages in various forms of media, from the pages of a book to live-action on the big screen.
Being a relentless insomniac, you can usually find him typing away into the early hours of the morning, welcoming the sunrise with his fifth cup of coffee. In his spare time, David enjoys reading until the lines blur, laughing until it hurts, and sleeping in late. He lives in a small town in Scotland and loves the consistently cold weather.
ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR
Alriandy Putra Adha is an Indonesian illustrator who has been in the world of children's illustration for many years and he has also done several exhibitions collaboratively both in galleries and magazines. He lives in a country rich in culture and ethnicity, and it makes him often encounter different perspectives and mindsets.
